Clean Up for Kids at UMFS!	Apr 16, 2010
Summary: Join UMFS volunteers and staff for a spring workday on the Richmond campus.
Detail: Clean Up for Kids! Our popular spring workday for community volunteers and UMFS staff returns on Friday, April 16, 2010, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., at UMFS, 3900 West Broad Street in Richmond. Groups or individual volunteers can participate in painting and/or landscaping. Assignments will be given on a first-come, first-served basis. Lunch, snacks, and beverages will be provided by UMFS. Learn more about Project LIFE, a partnership with Virginia Department of Social Services (VDSS) and UMFS. The goal of the project is to coordinate and enhance the provision of independent living services to foster care youth who are about to transition out of foster care.
